Intuitive coaching to help you understand and use your own gift of sensitivity.
I offer guidance to overcome challenges, work with your gift of sensitivity and how to connect to your intuition. Sharing a mix of what I practise in physio and reiki training and the wisdom I keep learning from lived experience.

Course of a session:
After an in-depth interview, we proceed with an investigation, and communicate a first impression. We set treatment goals together and discuss possible treatment options. We retest at the end of the treatment in a session so we can track symptoms closely. We communicate expected outcomes and plan the follow-up.
Prices:
Physiotherapy services are covered by base health insurance and accident insurance with a valid medical prescription.
Without a medical prescription, sessions will be billed privately at the following rates:
30 minutes: CHF 70
45 minutes: CHF 105
60 minutes: CHF 140
Possible both in person and online
Reiki sessions will be billed privately at the following rates:
30 minutes: CHF 70
45 minutes: CHF 105
60 minutes: CHF 140
Reiki training level I & II. Online.
Usui reiki training level I & II is in the first place a training meant to connect to yourself. You will gain energy discernment and regulation.
In level I we learn about the reiki background, master Usui and the basic energy centres of the body. During training we train to connect to your energy centres and feel reiki on your body.
In level II we learn to work on other people, integrate the knowledge and learn how to do a session for someone else.
The next training starts October 12th. It will be held on Monday evenings for 2.5 hours, during 6 weeks, with one week break. This rythm is designed to be able to integrate the teachings and to be able to mentor you throughout inevitable learnings during the time of the training. Spaces are limited to allow time for exchanges and questions.
The price for the reiki I & II training is 600 chf
