We start off with an in-depth interview, proceed with an investigation of the involved region and communicate a first impression to discuss possible treatment options. We then make some interventions, using manual therapy or exercises for example, and I retest at the end of a session so we can track symptoms closely.

Reiki training
Reiki training level I & II Online
Learn to connect to your own energy centres, in the first place to listen to your body (in part I) and then to integrate this knowledge to learn to perform a scan on someone else (in part II).
The next class starts on November the 3rd and runs until December 8th, on Tuesday evenings, for 6 weeks.

Guidance
I offer guidance to overcome challenges, work with your gift of sensitivity and how to connect to your intuition. I recognise patterns and deeper meaning of symptoms and can provide practical guidance or implementations. I apply a mix of what I practise in physio and reiki training share the wisdom I keep learning from lived experience.

Course of a session:
We start off with an in-depth interview, proceed with an investigation of the involved region and communicate a first impression to discuss possible treatment options. We then make some interventions, using manual therapy or exercises for example, and I retest at the end of a session so we can track symptoms closely. I communicate expected outcomes.
If we continue a multiple sessions, we set treatment goals together to plan the follow-up.
Prices:
Physiotherapy services are covered by basic health insurance and accident insurance with a valid medical prescription.
Without a medical prescription, sessions will be billed privately at the following rates:
30 minutes: CHF 70
45 minutes: CHF 105
60 minutes: CHF 140
Possible both in person and online
A reiki session will be billed privately at the following rate:
30 minutes: CHF 70
45 minutes: CHF 105
60 minutes: CHF 140
My reiki sessions are not covered by supplementary health insurance
Reiki training level I & II
Online
Usui reiki training level I & II is in the first place a training meant to connect to yourself. You will gain energy discernment and regulation.
In level I, you learn the reiki background, about master Usui and the basic energy centres of the body. During training you learn to connect to your energy centres and feel reiki on your body.
In level II you learn to integrate the knowledge, perform a scan on someone else and learn how to hold a reiki session.
The next training I&II runs from November the 3rd until December 8th. It will be held on Tuesday evenings for 2 hours, for 6 weeks. This rhythm is designed to be able to integrate the teachings and mentor you throughout inevitable changes during the time of the training. Spaces are limited to allow time for exchanges and questions.
The price for the reiki I & II training is 600 chf
